“We were developing a large market rate property up against an elevated track and there was a lot of noise concerns. The building had very large, beautiful windows overlooking the city skyline. We were under specific OITC requirements and the PTAC sleeves were not meeting that. So we worked with Ice Air to insulate that sleeve and to this day it’s been great.”
