Project Description
Miramar is a newly completed two-building residential development located at 405-407 West 206th Street in Inwood, Manhattan, overlooking the Harlem River. The complex delivers 698 rental residences with 281 apartments designated as affordable housing.
Residents have access to approximately 85,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities that support daily living, wellness, recreation, and remote work. A standout feature of the development is its three landscaped courtyard gardens, which bring natural light and green space into the center of the site and create a seamless flow between interior and exterior areas. The building also incorporates the new People’s Theatre Performing Arts Center, adding a cultural destination that serves both residents and the surrounding community.
