170 West 225th Street (The Danby) is a newly completed residential building in Marble Hill, delivering modern rental housing along the edge of Spuyten Duyvil Creek. A seven-story structure, the building spans approximately 115,000 square feet and includes 115 rental residences. 30% of the units are designated as affordable housing, supporting a diverse mix of residents in this growing neighborhood.
