Clear southern sightlines bring the Statue of Liberty into clear focus, while the George Washington Bridge can be seen to the north. Originally built in 1991, the building boasts full-service amenities including a 24-hour attended lobby, landscaped private spaces with grilling stations, fitness center, rooftop lounge and more.
