It is used by architects and engineers to ensure consistent and high-quality construction documentation. Listing in MasterSpec helps product manufacturers reach specifiers across North America.

AHRI

AHRI (Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute)

AHRI is the trade association representing manufacturers of HVACR and water heating equipment. Through its certification programs, performance standards, and advocacy, AHRI ensures that equipment meets stringent efficiency and performance benchmarks, fostering trust and transparency in the marketplace.

NY GEO

NY-GEO (New York Geothermal Energy Organization)

New York Geothermal Energy Organization (NY-GEO) is a not-for-profit trade association founded in 2014 to champion the growth of ground-source heat pump technology across the state. NY-GEO supports geothermal as a clean heating and cooling solution by engaging in policy advocacy, education, and industry development. The organization brings together a cross-section of the geothermal value chain: manufacturers, installers, engineers, architects, educators, and policymakers.

NEEP

NEEP (Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships)

Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP), founded in 1996, is a non-partisan non-profit that works to accelerate energy efficiency across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region including Delaware, the District of Columbia, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and West Virginia. For nearly 30 years, NEEP has convened policymakers, industry, contractors, utilities, program administrators, and communities to transform the energy efficiency market with a collaborative, regional approach.

NEEP

NYPH (NY Passive House)

New York Passive House (NYPH) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2010 with the mission to advance the Passive House standard throughout New York State and NYC. Through education, outreach, research, and policy advocacy, NYPH supports building professionals and developers in delivering healthy, low carbon, resilient buildings. It operates in partnership with the International Passive House Association (iPHA) and Passive House Institute (PHI) to promote rigorous performance-based standards locally. Ice Air projects have already been specified by architects to follow Passive House specifications.

NYC Accelerator

NYC Accelerator

NYC Accelerator, an initiative of the Mayor’s Office of Climate & Environmental Justice, offers free technical assistance, training, and financing support to help building owners, property managers, and industry professionals decarbonize NYC’s buildings and comply with Local Law 97. Since its relaunch in 2020, the program has provided guidance to over 20,000 buildings, delivered financial savings, and trained thousands of service providers and decision-makers (Cooperator News, accelerator.nyc).
