Forté is a 30-story condominium tower located at 230 Ashland Place, right at the edge of Fort Greene Park and steps from Fulton Street. Designed by FXFOWLE, the building rises over the BAM Cultural District with a sharp, modern profile that stands out among the neighborhood’s classic brownstones. With easy access to the Atlantic Terminal transit hub, Barclays Center, and DeKalb Avenue’s restaurant row, Forté puts residents at the center of one of Brooklyn’s most connected and culturally rich neighborhoods.
