One Domino Square represents a significant achievement in contemporary residential design as the first skyscraper project completed by Selldorf Architects. Located near the renewed Domino Sugar Refinery, the development serves as a key entry point to Brooklyn at the base of the Williamsburg Bridge. This mixed-use complex spans 700,000 square feet and features two sleek towers rising 55 and 39 stories, delivering fresh residential options along the Brooklyn waterfront while respecting the industrial heritage of the area.
