Located at 320 West 38th Street in New York, Emerald Green is a 25-story, 569-unit LEED certified luxury rental building that incorporates a variety of environmentally responsible touches such as high performance, energy-efficient water-source heat pumps from Ice Air, recycled-content construction materials from regional sources, and green roofs.
