Project Description
Extensive historic renovations of this century-old terminal storage building in the Charlestown Naval Yard created 125 loft-style apartments. The project’s scope included major structural stabilization, envelope repair, windows, elevators and underground parking. The high-efficiency units feature open floor plans, terrazzo floors, large windows, and exposed brick walls, timbers and historic elements. The property is listed on the National Park Service’s Register of Historic Places.
