Completed in 2020, the 14-story building at 211 West 28th Street in Chelsea includes 24,000+ square feet of residential space. All of the building’s 37 residential units have been designated as supportive housing. The project was developed by Arker Companies and the Chelsea Leaf South Housing Development Fund Corporation.
