Project Description
Permits have been filed for a four-story 61-unit affordable housing development at 811 Lexington Avenue, in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn. The site is three blocks from the Kosciuszko Street station serviced by the J train, and four blocks from the Gates Avenue station serviced by the J and Z trains. The Northeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists will be responsible for the project.
