Project Description
Williamsbridge Gardens is a development of two eight-story buildings on East 211th and East 212th Streets in the Bronx, providing 170 units of affordable housing ranging from 30% to 80% of AMI. 85 units will be set aside for formerly homeless individuals and families with on-site services provided by the projects non-profit partner, Center for Urban Community Services.
