“This role is an opportunity to continue working alongside an incredible team,” said Louis Pfundstein, who began at Ice Air in 2021 and now serves as Sales Operations Engineer and Lead Estimating Engineer. “We’ve built something strong, and I’m excited to keep pushing forward—helping the team grow and contributing to the company’s continued success.”
Pfundstein brings both technical and analytical expertise to his presentations, managing company sales data, margin modeling, product forecasting, and reporting under a $35 million federal grant supporting Ice Air’s U.S.-based heat pump manufacturing initiative. He has delivered CEU presentations to engineering and architecture firms nationwide.
“You have to care enough to create value for customers,” added Franny Nunez, a senior account manager and seasoned client strategist at Ice Air. “If you get that part right, selling is easy—and CEUs are the perfect bridge to create that value. Nunez is responsible for cultivating new customer relationships and helping existing clients access Ice Air’s most innovative products and support services. Her role includes sales strategy development, presentation delivery, market research, and account expansion.
