Mount Vernon, NY – Ice Air, a leading manufacturer of a wide range of HVAC solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Lyda as Production/Project Manager for its Spartanburg, South Carolina facility. Lyda brings over 26 years of comprehensive experience in supply chain management, production scheduling, inventory control, and team leadership across the manufacturing sector.
In his new role, Lyda will oversee warehouse operations, logistics coordination, inventory integrity, and process optimization for the Spartanburg site. His deep operational expertise will help drive efficiency and support Ice Air’s strategic commitment to quality and customer service as the company expands its manufacturing footprint in the Southeast.

Prior to joining Ice Air, Lyda served as Master Scheduler at Thermo King Greenville, where he managed plant-wide production planning, shipping, and supply chain collaboration across the U.S. and Canada. His career includes key roles at Plastic Omnium, Draexlmaier, and MP Husky, where he successfully led warehouse, materials, and production scheduling teams through complex challenges such as global supply constraints, high-volume launches, and Lean Six Sigma transformation initiatives.

Lyda is known for his calm-under-pressure leadership style and strategic mindset, particularly in navigating evolving market conditions. He is well-versed in SAP, Oracle, Excel, and a range of production and inventory systems, and has been a key player in implementing scheduling software and continuous improvement practices.
