The Habitat Thermostat’s unique wireless mesh technology enables the smartest, true temperature control and security. Transform a Fan Coil Unit or PTAC (Package Terminal Air Conditioner) into a state-of-the-art heating and cooling unit without opening walls to run wires. With both battery and hard-wire power options available, you have the freedom to wall-mount the controls anywhere in the space.
Habitat offers flexible control with both programmable and non-programmable modes, depending on your system requirements. Users can implement configurable set points and system delays for added customization. A built-in setback mode supports energy savings when the space is unoccupied.
Every unit includes water leak detection with alarm and system monitoring, along with lock-out protection to help safeguard against water damage. When paired with the HomeLink module, Habitat supports hands-free control through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, and enables full remote access to system settings and performance monitoring from virtually anywhere.
