Mount Vernon, NY – Ice Air, a leading manufacturer of a wide range of HVAC units and solutions, is proud to announce the appointment of Tabitha Peck as Supply Chain Leader – South Carolina. 
Tabitha brings nearly two decades of experience in global supply chain management, sourcing, compliance, and manufacturing operations to her new role. She will lead supply chain operations for Ice Air’s new Spartanburg facility, scheduled to open in 2025 with support from a $35 million U.S. Department of Energy grant.
In this role, Tabitha will oversee strategic sourcing, vendor coordination, logistics, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration across Ice Air’s expanding network. Her expertise in operational excellence, international supplier relations, and risk mitigation will be instrumental as Ice Air accelerates its All Electric HVAC product manufacturing footprint in the Southeast.

Tabitha’s role directly supports Ice Air’s mission to deliver energy-efficient, American-made HVAC solutions tailored to the evolving needs of builders, property owners, and developers. By building a robust supply chain from the ground up, she will help ensure that Ice Air’s South Carolina facility operates with the speed, precision, and adaptability needed to serve customers and reduce environmental impact. Her leadership reflects the company’s values of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement — all essential as Ice Air scales production in support of a more sustainable future.
Tabitha’s most recent role was Senior Director of Global Supply Chain and Operations at Molekule, where she led international supply chain functions, coordinated with contract manufacturers, and delivered process improvements in logistics, fulfillment, and inventory optimization. Prior to Molekule, she served as Director of Product Safety & Compliance at Restoration Hardware, and as Senior Analyst of Global Strategic Sourcing at Levi Strauss & Co., managing multi-category procurement strategies and vendor negotiations.
Tabitha began her career with key roles in compliance, operations, and sourcing at retailers such as Gymboree and Williams-Sonoma. Across her career, she has built a reputation for data-driven decision-making, clear communication, and developing high-performing teams.

Tabitha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Northeastern University and brings a multidisciplinary approach to operational leadership rooted in analytical insight and collaborative execution.
