The good news is that because there is so much to navigate with the new, NYC Department of Buildings just announced some updated deadlines and we thought you should be aware.
- Deadlines have been extended until August 29 (from June 30) to file for an extension
• With an extension, a new filing deadline is December 31
• Buildings can now qualify for Good Faith Efforts if they submit a plan to comply with Local Law 88 (lighting upgrades and submetering)Ice Air is here to help!
