Ice Air’s innovative Xstream Air products have been highlighted in a blog post by engineer Peter Joselow on Urban Green Council’s blog. Ice Air has worked with Joselow’s prominent engineering firm in New York on numerous new construction affordable housing projects to create innovative accessories for Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (and other products) in order to meet more stringent building and energy codes.
For example, Xstream Air is an outside air module that provides filtered, tempered air through advanced terminal equipment. SoundShield greatly reduces sound transmission from outside noise and allows buildings to meet minimum window/wall noise attenuation ratings.
